The need to drink 8 glasses of water every day…

Is to flush our digestive system of impurities and minimize the amount we eat.
Fatigue is often caused by dehydration. You breath water out in the form of vapor 24 hours a day, losing about 1/3 liter this way every day. We then lose about 2 liters in urine and sweat each day. The average person loses around 2.5 liters a day!
