PROTEIN SHAKE
- Alternative breakfast


* Serves 2

1 cup of water
1 small or medium banana
1/2 cup of strawberries or other berries.
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons of Jalna strawberry low fat yoghurt
1 heaped table spoon of LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond meal)
2 ice cubes if you like it cold
Put all in blender and blend until smooth
